Pierogi are a staple in Eastern European countries and are well-loved throughout the world. However, now we know them as Ukrainian Vareniki. Potatoes are just one of many fillings that can be used in this dumpling like dish.
We combine traditional preparations of the dish while putting our own twist on it; that of which is our famous dill cream sauce.
